Our services include the following:
We check on our properties every two weeks when they aren't rented, flush all toilets, open all taps, check all amenities and check for any possible damage to the property.However when we have bad weather, we check on all properties weekly.
We keep in contact with all of our existing owners as much as possible via email or phone calls, keeping them up to date with their properties and rentals.
We clean all of our properties personally, this enables us to maintain a high standard.
All properties are cleaned ready for guests & owners to arrive.
We use a third party laundrette for all laundry .
Meet & Greet
We personally meet & greet every guest on arrival, we show all guests to their parking and take them to the property, showing them around and explaining how all appliances work as well as giving knowledge of the local area. This enables the guests to feel welcome and to be greeted by a friendly face, we are always ready to answer all queries and provide any help needed.

If we can get the property ready earlier than 2pm and we are able to meet guests before we always will but we can not promise this.
If guests arrive after 9pm we offer a key box service for guests to collect their own key and make their own way to the property.
We will send directions and videos before arrival to show where to collect the keys from and where and how to access the property.
** Please note check out is 10am **
If we don't have a same day changeover and can let guests stay later we will but we can't promise this and won't know until nearer the time.
We provide a welcome pack with all of our rentals, this helps the guests to feel at home and gives that all important first impression to their holiday, enabling them to have a glass of bubbles or a nice cup of tea on arrival .
We offer a small shopping service to any guests or owners arriving late or on local holidays.
