This is a beautiful large two bedroom apartment in block 10 of Marina De La Duquesa. It is west facing with sea and pool views. . 

Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with twin basins and a hair dryer. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

There is a separate guest w.c in the hallway.                           

 

The living /dining room has dining for 6, an Apple TV box , an Uk Tv system and a DVD player.

There are large patio doors leading to the sunny terrace.   

 

The kitchen is a good size with a breakfast bar with 3 stools, it is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster & dishwasher.

The  utility room houses the washing machine and  boiler.

There is also an iron and ironing board. 

 

There is air conditioning throughout the apartment and a private allocated parking bay underground. 

The air conditioning has a timer fitted, you can put it on for 30mins,1hr or 2hrs after this is will turn off automatically. 

This is just a safe guard to stop it being left on when guests go out.

The complex has 4 swimming pools, paddle tennis courts, a fitness room and free wifi around the

swimming pool areas.

 It is a two minute walk into the port of Duquesa which has many bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk into the neighboring town of Sabinillas.

 

There are sun beds around the pool areas - they are on a first come basis.

A refundable security deposit is required .

        Keys will be ready for guests to collect from our key boxes as from 4pm, If we can get the property ready before 4pm we will let guests know on the day of arrival.

A few days before arrival all guests will be sent the instructions to collect the keys from the key box and how to get to and enter the properties  ( google maps, photos, videos , WhatsApp pin drops ) 

We are available by phone for any problems you might have on the day of arrival and throughout your holiday.
