This is a fantastic 3 bedroom apartment in Marina de la Duquesa. It is South East facing with dramatic sea, mountain coastal views. It is a 2 minute walk down to the Marina. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second and third bedrooms both have 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. , The main second bathroom is situated between the 2 bedrooms provides an additional bath toilet and shower
The spacious open plan living/dining room has seating for 6 , 2 large sofas, Wifi, TV with English channel and a surround sound DVD player. The large patio doors lead onto the terrace which has additional outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining and 2 sunbeds to soak up the sun and admire the beautiful views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle , toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and boiler. There is also an iron, ironing board and clothes line.
There is air conditioning/ heating through out the apartment, there is also a large allocated private parking bay underground with lift access to the apartment .
The air conditioning has a timer fitted, you can put it on for 30mins,1hr or 2hrs after this is will turn off automatically.
This is just a safe guard to stop it being left on when guests go out.
The complex has 4 swimming pool with sun beds around the pool area - they are on a first come basis, a gym and Paddle / tennis courts.
It is a 2 minute stroll in to the port of La Duquesa with its eclectic mix of bars and restaurants, The neighboring town of Sabinillas with its typically Spanish Tapas bars is a pleasant 5 minute walk away along the newly renovated promenade.
A refundable security deposit is required.

Keys will be ready for guests to collect from our key boxes as from 4pm, If we can get the property ready before 4pm we will let guests know on the day of arrival.
A few days before arrival all guests will be sent the instructions to collect the keys from the key box and how to get to and enter the properties ( google maps, photos, videos , WhatsApp pin drops )
We are available by phone for any problems you might have on the day of arrival and throughout your holiday.
