This is a fantastic modern west facing apartment in La Herencia in Casares Costa.

It is a 9 minute drive down to San Luis de Sabinillas and 10 minutes to La Duquesa Marina .

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes an en-suite bathroom with a bath and walk in shower.

The second bedroom has single beds and fitted wardrobes.

The second bathroom has a bath.

The living/dinning room has a smart Tv,  Wifi and large patios doors that leads to the sunny terrace . 

With a soft seating area and dinning for x6 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher,

washing machine and boiler.

There is also an iron, ironing board and clothes lines.

There is air conditioning/ heating through out the apartment.

There is a private underground parking space or plenty of street parking right outside the door. 

The complex has a large swimming pool with sun beds around the pool area, they are on a first come basis.

The complex also has a gym available for guests to use.

There is also a refundable security deposit required. 

​

** Please note that check in is from 4pm **

        Keys will be ready for guests to collect from our key boxes as from 4pm, If we can get the property ready before 4pm we will let guests know on the day of arrival. 

​

The week before arrival all guests will be sent the instructions to collect the keys from the key box and how to get to and enter the properties  ( google maps, photos, videos , WhatsApp pin drops ) 

We are available by phone for any problems you might have on the day of arrival and throughout your holiday.
