This is a lovely west facing apartment in Las Buganvillas in La Duquesa.

It is a 3 minute drive down to the La Duquesa Marina and a 5 minute drive into San Luis de Sabinillas.

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower.

The second bedroom has a single bed that can be made into 2 single beds and a set of draws.

The second bathroom has a bath and shower.

The living/dinning room has dinning for x6 people, a smart Tv,  Wifi and patios doors that lead to the terrace . 

With a soft seating area. 

​

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine,

washing machine and boiler.

There is also an iron, ironing board and clothes lines.

There is air conditioning/ heating through out the apartment.

There is also a private parking space underground.

The complex has 1 large swimming pools and 1 children´s pool with sun beds around the pool area, they are on a first come basis.

The mattress in the main bedroom is also worth of a mention as it’s an Emma Mattress ! 

And also for music lovers , we have a E-piano with weighted keys – perfect for keeping up your technique even while on holiday (includes simple sheet music, also suitable for children)

There is also a refundable security deposit required.

        Keys will be ready for guests to collect from our key boxes as from 4pm, If we can get the property ready before 4pm we will let guests know on the day of arrival. 

​

The week before arrival all guests will be sent the instructions to collect the keys from the key box and how to get to and enter the properties  ( google maps, photos, videos , WhatsApp pin drops ) 

We are available by phone for any problems you might have on the day of arrival and throughout your holiday.
