This is a great apartment in Duquesa Village , it is east facing.

It is a 5 minute drive down to the La Duquesa Marina and a 20/25 minute walk down to the Marina.

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes, the second bathroom also has a large walk in shower..

The terrace has seating for dinning.

The living/dinning room has Spanish Tv and Wifi .

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher,

washing machine and boiler.

There is also an iron, ironing board and clothes lines.

There is air conditioning/ heating through out the apartment.

The air conditioning has a timer fitted, you can put it on for 30mins,1hr or 2hrs after this is will turn off automatically. 

This is just a safe guard to stop it being left on when guests go out. 

There is also a private allocated parking bay

The complex has 5 large swimming pool with sun beds around the pool area, they are on a first come basis.

There is also a refundable security deposit required.

        Keys will be ready for guests to collect from our key boxes as from 4pm, If we can get the property ready before 4pm we will let guests know on the day of arrival. 

​

A few days before arrival all guests will be sent the instructions to collect the keys from the key box and how to get to and enter the properties  ( google maps, photos, videos , WhatsApp pin drops ) 

We are available by phone for any problems you might have on the day of arrival and throughout your holiday.
