This is a fantastic south facing ground floor apartment in Casares Del Mar .

It is a 7 minute drive to San Luis de Sabinillas and 8 minutes to La Duquesa Marina.

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.

The second bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes.

The second bathroom also has a bath and shower.

The living/dinning room has a smart Tv,  Wifi and large patios doors that leads to the sunny terrace . 

With a soft seating area and dinning for x6 people and 2 sun beds. 

​

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher,

washing machine and boiler.

There is also an iron, ironing board and clothes lines. 

​

There is air conditioning/ heating through out the apartment.

There is also private parking spaces within the urbanisation. 

The complex has a large swimming pool with sun beds around the pool area, they are on a first come basis.

​

There is also a refundable security deposit required. 

​

** Please note that check in is from 4pm **

        Keys will be ready for guests to collect from our key boxes as from 4pm, If we can get the property ready before 4pm we will let guests know on the day of arrival. 

​

The week before arrival all guests will be sent the instructions to collect the keys from the key box and how to get to and enter the properties  ( google maps, photos, videos , WhatsApp pin drops ) 

We are available by phone for any problems you might have on the day of arrival and throughout your holiday.
