This is a lovely South/East facing two bedroom apartment in Casares del Sol.

The complex is slightly in land but a beautiful quite complex.

The main bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. 

 The guests shower room is in the hall way .   

The property also have a full size hair dryer and hair straighteners for guests to use. 

​

The living /dining room has dining for 4, Wifi and a smart TV with international TV channels. 

There are patio doors leading to the sunny terrace with outside dining and comfortable seating area in the sun.  

 

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher and coffee machine. 

The utility room houses the washing machine and boiler. 

There is an iron, ironing board and clothes line.

There is air conditioning / heating throughout and a private allocated parking bay underground. 

​

The complex has 2 swimming pools with sun beds around the pool - they are on a first come basis. 

​

It is a 5 minute drive into the port of Duquesa which has many bars and restaurants and a 2 minute drive into the neighbouring town of Sabinillas which has supermarkets , markets and many Spanish restaurants and tapas bar.

The picturesque town of Estepona is only a 10/15min drive away, full of bars,restaurants and shops . It really is worth a trip to see and visit all of the back streets to find all of the wonderful restaurants.

There is a refundable security deposit required.

        Keys will be ready for guests to collect from our key boxes as from 4pm, If we can get the property ready before 4pm we will let guests know on the day of arrival. 

​

A few days before arrival all guests will be sent the instructions to collect the keys from the key box and how to get to and enter the properties  ( google maps, photos, videos , WhatsApp pin drops ) 

We are available by phone for any problems you might have on the day of arrival and throughout your holiday.
