This is a lovely East facing apartment in block 4 of Marina De La Duquesa.

 It is a large three bedroom apartment, all three bedrooms have 2 singles beds. 

The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is a separate guest bathroom in the hallway .

The living /dining room has wifi and a TV with an international TV channels.

 There are large patio doors leading to the terrace with direct access to the swimming pools. 

​

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster & dishwasher.

The utility room houses the washing machine and boiler.

There is also an iron and ironing board. 

​

There is air conditioning throughout and a private underground allocated parking bay.

​

The complex has 4 swimming pools, paddle/tennis courts, a gym and sauna and free wifi around the swimming pool areas. It is a two minute walk into the port of Duquesa which has many bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk into the neighbouring town of Sabinillas.

There are sun beds around the pool areas - they are on a first come basis.

There is a refundable security deposit.

        Keys will be ready for guests to collect from our key boxes as from 4pm, If we can get the property ready before 4pm we will let guests know on the day of arrival. 

​

A few days before arrival all guests will be sent the instructions to collect the keys from the key box and how to get to and enter the properties  ( google maps, photos, videos , WhatsApp pin drops ) 

We are available by phone for any problems you might have on the day of arrival and throughout your holiday.
