This is a great South facing apartment in Pueblo Mexicano.

The Spanish village of San Luis de Sabinillas is a short 5 minute walk , you have 2 big supermarkets, lots of little fruit shops and bakeries, pharmacies and some lovely Spanish coffee/tapas bars and fish restaurants on the seafront.

And some beautiful beach bars along the beach.

Or you have a 10 min walk into the busy marina La Duquesa with every bar and restaurant you could possibly need and lots of entertainment.

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower

& washing machine and boiler.

 

The living/dining room has a double sofa bed ,dining for 4, UK & Spanish Tv and Wifi .

And a large door leading to the terrace with a seating area, 2 sun beds & dining for x4.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a small under the counter fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave                     & coffee machine. 

There is also an iron, ironing board and clothes lines.

There is air conditioning/ heating in the bedroom & living room. 

There is plenty of street parking in the urbanisation. 

The complex has a large swimming pool with sun beds around the pool area, they are on a first come first serve basis.

There is also a refundable security deposit required.

** Please note that check in is from 4pm **

        Keys will be ready for guests to collect from our key boxes as from 4pm, If we can get the property ready before 4pm we will let guests know on the day of arrival. 

​

A few days before arrival all guests will be sent the instructions to collect the keys from the key box and how to get to and enter the properties  ( google maps, photos, videos , WhatsApp pin drops ) 

We are available by phone for any problems you might have on the day of arrival and throughout your holiday.
