This is a lovely 2 bedroom, west facing apartment in Manilva Playa a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the marina of La Duquesa .

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom .

The second bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes.

There is separate shower room . 

 

The living /dining room has dining for 4, Wifi and a smart TV .

There are patio doors leading to the sunny terrace with a table for dining & relaxing.

 

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle, coffee machine , toaster, microwave & dishwasher.

There is also an iron and ironing board.

 

There is air conditioning / heating throughout.

 The complex has a large swimming pool , paddle/tennis courts and a play area for children. 

Just outside the building we also have a small supermarket and a restaurant. 

 

A refundable security deposit is required.

** Please note that check in is from 4pm **

        Keys will be ready for guests to collect from our key boxes as from 4pm, If we can get the property ready before 4pm we will let guests know on the day of arrival. 

​

A few days before arrival all guests will be sent the instructions to collect the keys from the key box and how to get to and enter the properties  ( google maps, photos, videos , WhatsApp pin drops ) 

We are available by phone for any problems you might have on the day of arrival and throughout your holiday.
