This is a beautiful large three bedroom, East facing, penthouse apartment in Majestic Hills.

The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large jacuzzi bath and walk in shower, the second bedroom also has a double bed and an en-suite shower room and the third bedroom has 2 single beds with an en-suite bathroom with a bath. . 

The main bedroom and the second bedroom have doors that open up to the large terrace.

There is a separate guest W.C in the hallway.

The living /dining room has dinning for 6 people, wifi, a Uk TV package and a DVD player.

There are patio doors leading to the large sunny garden. 

​

The terrace has dinning for 6 people, soft seating area and x2 sun beds. 

​

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and boiler.

There is also an iron and ironing board. 

​

The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms and x2 private parking bays underground.

The air conditioning has a timer fitted, you can put it on for 30mins,1hr or 2hrs after this is will turn off automatically. 

This is just a safe guard to stop it being left on when guests go out. 

​

There are sun beds around the pool area - they are on a first come basis.

​

There is a refundable security deposit.

        Keys will be ready for guests to collect from our key boxes as from 4pm, If we can get the property ready before 4pm we will let guests know on the day of arrival. 

​

A few days before arrival all guests will be sent the instructions to collect the keys from the key box and how to get to and enter the properties  ( google maps, photos, videos , WhatsApp pin drops ) 

We are available by phone for any problems you might have on the day of arrival and throughout your holiday.
