This is a lovely apartment in Duquesa Suites, it is South facing with a sunny terrace. 

It is a 3 minute drive down to the La Duquesa Marina or a 15 minute walk down to the Marina.

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and shower.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes and the second bathroom has a large walk in shower.

The living/dining room has a smart Tv and Wifi .

And dining for x4 people.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher,

washing machine and boiler.

There is also an iron, ironing board and clothes lines.

The large terrace doors and main bedroom doors lead onto the large sunny terrace with soft seating. 

​

There is air conditioning/ heating through out the apartment.

There is also a private allocated parking bay underground. 

The complex has 3 large swimming pool with sun beds around the pool area, they are on a first come basis.

Tennis/paddle courts, dog walking area, play park & petanca

There is also a refundable security deposit required.

        Keys will be ready for guests to collect from our key boxes as from 4pm, If we can get the property ready before 4pm we will let guests know on the day of arrival. 

​

A few days before arrival all guests will be sent the instructions to collect the keys from the key box and how to get to and enter the properties  ( google maps, photos, videos , WhatsApp pin drops ) 

We are available by phone for any problems you might have on the day of arrival and throughout your holiday.
