This is a lovely two bedroom apartment in Casares del Sol. It is west facing. It is slightly in land but a beautiful complex.

The main bedroom has a double beds with an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. 

 The guests shower room is in the hall way .

The living /dining room has dining for 6, Wifi & TV 

There are patio doors leading to the sunny terrace with a table and 4 chairs.

There is also stairs that lead to the large sunny roof terrace with dinning for 6 and 2 sun beds. 

 

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob & dishwasher. The utility room houses the washing machine and boiler. 

There is an iron, ironing board and clothes line.

There is air conditioning / heating throughout and a private allocated parking bay underground. 

​

The complex has a swimming pool with sun beds around the pool - they are on a first come basis. 

​

It is a 5 minute drive into the port of Duquesa which has many bars and restaurants and a 2 minute drive into the neighbouring t own of Sabinillas which has supermarkets , markets and many Spanish tapas bar.

​

There is a refundable security deposit required.

** Please note that check in is from 4pm **

        Keys will be ready for guests to collect from our key boxes as from 4pm, If we can get the property ready before 4pm we will let guests know on the day of arrival. 

​

A few days before arrival all guests will be sent the instructions to collect the keys from the key box and how to get to and enter the properties  ( google maps, photos, videos , WhatsApp pin drops ) 

We are available by phone for any problems you might have on the day of arrival and throughout your holiday.
