Property Management

If you are thinking of buying a property or are already a current owner, having someone trustworthy and professional to manage your holiday home is something you will definitely be in need of.

 

We are here to give you peace of mind, ready to take care of things and respond immediately

to any incident should they occur.

We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

As a family run business, we feel that we can maintain high standards by personally taking care of all services ourselves.

 

Our services include the following:

 

Property Management

We check on our properties every two weeks when they aren't rented, flush all toilets, open all taps, check all amenities and check for any possible damage to the property.However when we have bad weather, we check on all properties weekly.

 

We keep in contact with all of our existing owners as much as possible via email or phone calls, keeping them up to date with their properties and rentals.

 

Cleaning services

We clean all of our properties personally, this enables us to maintain a high standard.

All properties are cleaned ready for guests & owners to arrive.

 

Laundry

We use a third party laundrette for all laundry .

 

** Please note that check in is from 4pm **

        Keys will be ready for guests to collect from our key boxes as from 4pm, If we can get the property ready before 4pm we will let guests know on the day of arrival. 

A few days before arrival all guests will be sent the instructions to collect the keys from the key box and how to get to and enter the properties  ( google maps, photos, videos , WhatsApp pin drops ) 

We are available by phone for any problems you might have on the day of arrival and throughout your holiday.

If we don't have a same day changeover and can let guests stay later we will but we can't promise this and won't know until nearer the time.  

 

Welcome Pack

We provide a welcome pack with all of our rentals, this helps the guests to feel at home and gives that all important first impression to their holiday, enabling them to have a glass of bubbles or a nice cup of tea on arrival .
