This is a lovely south/east facing apartment in Marina Real right in the heart of the marina with fantastic views for the harbour. 

 

The main bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom .

The second bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes.

There is separate bathroom with a bath/shower.

 

The living /dining room has dining for 4, Wifi and TV with English channels on.

There are patio doors leading to the terrace with a table for dinning & relaxing watching the boats in the harbour.

 

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave & dishwasher.

The utility room houses the washing machine and boiler.

There is an iron and ironing board.

 

There is air conditioning throughout.

 The complex has 2 swimming pool with sun beds around the pool area - they are on a first come basis

 

There is a portal door to the block that exits into the port of Duquesa which has many bars & restaurants and the beach, it is a 2 minute drive into the neighbouring town of Sabinillas which has supermarkets , markets and many Spanish tapas bar.

 

A refundable security deposit is required.

        Keys will be ready for guests to collect from our key boxes as from 4pm, If we can get the property ready before 4pm we will let guests know on the day of arrival. 

​

A few days before arrival all guests will be sent the instructions to collect the keys from the key box and how to get to and enter the properties  ( google maps, photos, videos , WhatsApp pin drops ) 

We are available by phone for any problems you might have on the day of arrival and throughout your holiday.
