This is a lovely apartment in block 5 of Marina De La Duquesa. It is East facing with sea and pool views from the terrace.

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with a bath/shower. 

The second bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes.

There is also a small shower room in the hall. 

The living /dining room has dining for 6, Wifi, and a English & Spanish TV package .

There are large patio doors leading to two separate sunny terrace.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster & coffee machine. 

The utility room houses the washing machine and boiler.

There is also an iron and ironing board.

There is air-conditioning throughout the apartment and a private allocated parking bay underground.

The air conditioning has a timer fitted, you can put it on for 30mins,1hr or 2hrs after this is will turn off automatically. 

This is just a safe guard to stop it being left on when guests go out. 

The complex has 4 swimming pools, paddle tennis courts, and a fitness room.

There are many sun beds around the swimming pool areas - they are on a first come basis.

It is a two minute walk into the port of Duquesa via a gate in the complex, the marina has many bars and restaurants and is a 10 minute walk into the neighbouring town of Sabinillas.

A refundable security deposit is required before arrival.

If we can get the property ready earlier and we are able to meet you before 2pm we always will but we can't promise this.
