A 2 bedroom, second floor, west facing apartment with sea and pool views, located in Marina de la Duquesa. It is a larger two bedroom apartment, each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with twin basins and a hair dryer, the main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds, there is a separate w.c in the hallway. 

 

The large living /dining room has dining for 6, TV with English channels, DVD player and large patio doors leading to the sunny terrace. 

The kitchen is spacious with a small breakfast table for 4, it is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster & dishwasher. The utility room houses the washing machine and boiler, there is also an iron and ironing board. 

 

There is air conditioning / heating throughout and a private allocated parking bay underground.

The air conditioning has a timer fitted, you can put it on for 30mins,1hr or 2hrs after this is will turn off automatically. 

This is just a safe guard to stop it being left on when guests go out. 

 

The complex has 4 swimming pools, paddle tennis courts, and a fitness room, there is free wifi around the swimming pool areas and plenty of sun beds around the pool areas - they are on a first come basis.

 

The apartment is a two minute walk into the port of Duquesa which has many bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk into the neighboring town of Sabinillas.

 

A refundable security deposit is required.

        Keys will be ready for guests to collect from our key boxes as from 4pm, If we can get the property ready before 4pm we will let guests know on the day of arrival.

A few days before arrival all guests will be sent the instructions to collect the keys from the key box and how to get to and enter the properties  ( google maps, photos, videos , WhatsApp pin drops ) 

We are available by phone for any problems you might have on the day of arrival and throughout your holiday. ​
