It is a larger four bedroom apartment, the main bedroom is upstairs it has a king size bed, a ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and large jacuzzi bath and its own private terrace with sun beds and a small table and chairs. 

The second bedroom has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and a bath and stunning sea views. 

The third and forth bedrooms have 2 singles beds and share a bathroom with a large bath. 

There is also a separate W.C

 

The large living /dining room has dining for 6, TV with Spanish channels,Wifi and large patio doors leading to the sunny terrace with dining for 6 and a soft setting area. 

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster & dishwasher.                       The utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and boiler, there is also an iron and ironing board. 

 

There is air conditioning / heating throughout and 3 private allocated parking bays underground.

 

The complex has 4 swimming pools, there are plenty of sun beds around the pool areas - they are on a first come basis.

 

The apartment is a lovely flat 40 minute walk along the promenade into the port of Duquesa which has many bars and restaurants and plenty of beach bars and the village on Sabinillas to stop at on your way or it is a 4 minute drive.

 

A refundable security deposit is required.

        Keys will be ready for guests to collect from our key boxes as from 4pm, If we can get the property ready before 4pm we will let guests know on the day of arrival.

A few days before arrival all guests will be sent the instructions to collect the keys from the key box and how to get to and enter the properties  ( google maps, photos, videos , WhatsApp pin drops )
