This is a lovely East facing apartment in Hacienda Guadalupe, it is located in a nice small urbanisation so it is quiet and relaxing. 

The main bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, 

The second bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. 

The bathroom is in between the two bedrooms with a bath/shower.

 

The living /dining room has dining for 6, Wifi and TV with English & Spanish channels.

There are patio doors leading to the lovely sunny terrace and pool area with a table for dinning, a relaxing soft seating area

and a BBQ.

                          The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster,                                        washing machin & dishwasher.

 There is also an iron and ironing board.

 

There is air conditioning throughout.

The air conditioning has a timer fitted, you can put it on for 30mins,1hr or 2hrs after this is will turn off automatically. 

This is just a safe guard to stop it being left on when guests go out.

 The complex has a swimming pool with sun beds around the pool area - the apartments its own sun beds to take to the pool area.

You also have access to a private parking space outside the property.

A refundable security deposit is required.

        Keys will be ready for guests to collect from our key boxes as from 4pm, If we can get the property ready before 4pm we will let guests know on the day of arrival. 

​

A few days before arrival all guests will be sent the instructions to collect the keys from the key box and how to get to and enter the properties  ( google maps, photos, videos , WhatsApp pin drops ) 

We are available by phone for any problems you might have on the day of arrival and throughout your holiday.
